BIOGRAPHY

Adel R. Alharbi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Qassim University, Saudi Arabia, in 2008. He subsequently earned two Master of Science degrees from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas, Texas, USA - one in Security Engineering in 2013 and another in Computer Engineering in 2015. He was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Engineering from SMU in 2017.

Dr. Alharbi has been a faculty member at the College of Computing and Information Technology, University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, since 2009. Over the course of his academic career, he has obtained multiple professional certifications and contributed to the field through numerous peer-reviewed publications. His research interests include mobile and smart device applications, biometrics, cybersecurity, computer networking, and machine learning.
